• Durga, Joint Stock Company, (UAB Durga) started its activity on the 10^th of January 1994, after its registration in the Register on Companies.
• On the 12^th of July 1996, the company was empowered to practice as a customs intermediator.
• On the 18^th of December 1997, UAB Durga was incorporated into the National Association of Customs Intermediators.
• In March of 2004, Durga ir Ko, Joint Stock Company, (UAB Durga ir Ko), was registered which rendered services of accounting management and filling in of Intrastat reports.
• In October of 2004, UAB Durga ir Ko became an accredited intermediator of the Joint Stock Insurance Company LAMANTINAS.
